Former First Lady Jeannie Ritter and History Colorado CEO Ed Nichols talk about the importance of international education to improving the motivation, achievement and learning of Colorado students. Jeannie Ritter, who served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tunisia and a missionary in Zambia when she and former Governor Bill Ritter were first married also talks about the importance of CTIR’s mission and programs for students and teachers. Ed Nichols also talks about how History Colorado is emphasizing through its educational efforts the benefits of Colorado’s multicultural and international history.
