The Center for Teaching International Relations is an organization committed to ensuring global awareness and understanding are a part of every child’s education.
With over 40 years of experience providing resources and training for educators at the K-12 level, CTIR look forward to developing new programming and enhancing existing programming to meet the ever changing needs of educators and students in the 21st Century.

Founded and nurtured by the Joseph Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, CTIR is now an independent 501c3 organization based in Denver, Colorado. The organization separated from DU to enable more stable funding opportunities and to develop a wider range of effective programming. We still have a strong relationship with the University of Denver, and are looking forward to forming ties with other educational institutions in Colorado and beyond.
